I bought an Xbox 360 Elite as a Birthday gift for my husband. We use it everyday watching movies or playing games!! After two years we got the red ring of death! Yes we were very upset, we thought that we were going to have to buy a whole new system. We called Microsoft and they sent us shipping labels. We sent it back, THEY COVERED ALL OF THE SHIPPING COSTS!! Though they say that it may take 3 weeks to receive the product back it was only 2 weeks!!! They sent us back our console working like new!! Plus a months free subscription for XBOX Live for the inconvenience. My point is yes the red ring of death happens! Yes everyone knows that when they buy the Xbox that there is a chance it may happen. But Microsoft stands by their product and fixes the problem with no cost to you and even send you free stuff for your inconveniance. That is more then I can say for many companies. I am very happy with the Xbox 360 Elite and with Microsoft for standing by their products!

My son absolutely loves the game and you would never know that is it refurbished. Others who have played the game previously have played ours with nothing but compliments. The only think that would have been nice is if the packaging made it look more like it was new. It was not packaged in the original box which was difficult to explain on Christmas morning. Other that that little nit pick I am totally happy with my purchase.

the product was broken out of the box.
I would have no idea how fun or great the game is because we couldn’t do anything with it.
The company we bought it from was very vague about solving the problem it took many many mails for them to take the product back and refund the money.
It cost me nearly thirty dollars to ship the thing back to them and they didn’t even offer to pay for the shipping. I paid over thirty dollars for shipping and in the end had absolutely nothing to show for it except for some very bad memories about a Christmas present that I was unable to give my nephew. A terrible experience. Do not buy anything from Uncle Vic.

My Xbox was broken when I got it. I sent it into xbox support, and they couldn’t fix it either. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.
